Hi all! I have been MIA. I have hit a wall. And I have been inconsistent in my eating and exercise. I never quit excersiing completely which is why i probably only gained a few lbs. Enough about my past and mistakes more about the future.

I singed up for a class called max 10. A lot of people here at work have seen great results from this program. And one of our local media groups offerd the class at half price. So i signed up! It is a body transfermation class! Focused on kick boxng and ST of course! So it is ten weeks five days a week. They focus on nutrition and working out! So i am using this as a kick start to the new me in 2012! We did a fit test and measurements weight etc at the start and will do it again at 5 weeks and 10 weeks! I am so happy to have a calss of 25 people to help keep me accountable in my eating and showing up to class!

last night i enjoyed the class. And i am sore today but not too too bad! But tonight is ST so i am sure i will be feeling it tomorrow!
