weigh-in Last Sunday

A week without a lot of exercise and my discard last Sunday was half a pound. Big difference. Of course, I could also have been off a week. Depending on how this week goes, I may looks at lowering intake a little further. Getting back into the swing of things is hard when I got hit with a huge change in my work schedule (same bat time, same bat channel, just working differently) messes up how lunch is, which messes up the daily walk I had started working on. However, at gym twice this week (no walk Tuesday or today *sigh*) just not up for it at night (lazy me) will hit gym tomorrow, will have to get a walk in *grin* have an errand a half mile down the building - LOL

As part of my goal to make exercise fun and simply part of my life I joined a co-ed softball team. Here's rooting for us! (oooo need to get a glove again!)

    Wow...I can't even think to comment on any of the first part of your blog because I'm so awestruck about you joining a softball team! Do you know how much positivity and self worth that takes to do something like that when you aren't at goal or very close to goal? I'm so inspired by and proud of you. I preach not waiting to live; that life happens now so don't take a chance on missing out. You are living that! Oh, I wish I could find a way to post your blog on EVERY Sparkers wall who is waiting (or as I say, weighting) to live! You go, girl! I'm so impressed!
