My How Time Fly's

Friday, January 27, 2012

I just realized how long it has been since my last blog. ( That word just sounds so weird for writing a entry into a journal) So I decided to sit down and do one right now, It helps that I am at work, it is Friday and I am waiting for the county inspector so show up and so his thing at the shop. I could recap everything that has taken place since the last Blog, but will start with the here and now and cover the old stuff as time goes by. First off my weight loss is going great, down a solid 5 lbs since the 1st and I owe that to the SP food tracker, once you get going on it , it will save you from going over. It shows you where you are failing and also reinforces where you are doing great. I just finish the P90x/Insanity Hybrid 90 program and after this week on R&R I will start the P90X2 90 day work out on Monday. Combine that with my slow progress back to running and a ultra- marathon in May and you have a recipe for big gains in all areas of my overall health. So I will leave it at that and continue on with a new Blog weekly.

Hey stranger, it's good to hear what you're up to. You're doing an ultra in May? That is so cool! I bet that training will be fun and what a great goal.

That's just about how I blog - who has time! I am too busy doing stuff... I have about a 1,000 blog ideas, no time to write (need someone sitting in my brain writing)... congrats on the 5 lbs... can't wait to hear about the ultra-marathon.

Congrats on your first 2012 blog, on your 5lb weight loss, on completing the Beachbody hybrid, on doing awesome on your ultra-marathon training, and for being a motivator! The nutrition tracker and fitness tracker are my favorite SP tools. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't have joined. Am looking forward to reading your upcoming blogs, especially the May one that covers the ultra marathon.

    Your fan,
