The BEST snack!

Well, this has been a good week for finding new things. I usually like a somewhat sweet snack around 4, but only something with nutrients - this keeps me from wanting dessert after dinner - I'm trying to cut sugar out entirely. This was good and healthy and only 149 calories and I forget the fat amount, but it was good fat:
1/2 cup unsweetened lowfat rice milk
1 TBS unsweetened cocoa
1/2 TBS almond butter
Make into smoothie. I guess you could add ice, too or use a frozen banana and it would be even better. In any case this was DELICIOUS!
