I haven't blogged in awhile....

It has been a long time since I have blogged. I haven't been doing good on tracking food and a little better on exercising. emoticon

I am still heavier than the beginning of November. I have been eating more lately and I am having trouble reining in my food cravings. emoticon

I know it has a lot to do with it being winter and wanting comfort food. I have been in my apartment more than I am in the summer....because it has been colder and we actually have had some winter weather. emoticon

Anyway, I have to break the cycle of eating more and more each day...before I gain back all my weight!! Any ideas?? I am trying to get to the Spark People site more regularly and actually track my food and I am trying to exercise at least 3 times a week.

I feel hungrier every day and need to stop the cycle...somehow!!

Well, I will keep plugging along and I hope I can reverse the cycle and start losing!! emoticon

    I'm feeling this winter too. Remember to seek the light in your life and try to move forward rather than reflecting on the past.
    Sounds like you're really beating yourself up for what has been done. I know the spiral can be really hard to get out of, so just keep trying to love yourself- one meal at a time.

    Good morning! You get up so early!

    I know what you mean about being able to control cravings and feeling hungrier. I crave carbs, anyway I can get them, mostly bread. It must be winter (if you call what we have as winter)

    I'm doing another challenge, Spring into whatever-it-is challenge, I can't even think this time of morning!
