It has been a long time since I have blogged. I haven't been doing good on tracking food and a little better on exercising.
I am still heavier than the beginning of November. I have been eating more lately and I am having trouble reining in my food cravings.
I know it has a lot to do with it being winter and wanting comfort food. I have been in my apartment more than I am in the summer....because it has been colder and we actually have had some winter weather.
Anyway, I have to break the cycle of eating more and more each day...before I gain back all my weight!! Any ideas?? I am trying to get to the Spark People site more regularly and actually track my food and I am trying to exercise at least 3 times a week.
I feel hungrier every day and need to stop the cycle...somehow!!
Well, I will keep plugging along and I hope I can reverse the cycle and start losing!!
