January goals revisited.

More vegetarian food - done.

Stay within calorie range on most days - I have been slacking off on this. Better next month.

More yoga sessions than during December - only did yoga four times this month. Will do better in January.

Start running again - I have started running.

Strength training 2 times/week - done.

Some Core - done.
