That's me after my first workout... I am just as pink as the shirt I was wearing. My skin was hot to the touch. I wanted to vomit, cry and fall to the floor, all at the same time... then it happened... I got energy.
I showered, did a load of laundry, vacuumed, played with Olivia, put her down for a nap, made some lunch.... the list goes on and on... and this was all before 12pm. WOW... I guess eating a healthy breakfast in the morning and working out really does help... hmmm.
I'm gonna take this whole new life style moment for moment... Yes... I do want to lose 70 pounds... but today... today I will be just happy seeing one pound gone the next time I step on the scale.
