weigh-in and starting that lifestyle change

Sunday weigh-in brought another 2 pounds to the trash bin. We had practice tonight for softball. I can still mostly hit, but my throwing and running suck :D Our first game is on the 13th and will be 10 weekly games. 90 minutes of softball practice and I was huffing, puffing and sore! And, feeling really good.

Here's hoping they keep me as catcher - my favorite position in softball.

    WOW good for you! I suck at hitting. Never could get it no matter how hard I tried. Even when my coach got right in front of me I would still miss. To much pressure maybe? I don't know, I've just always said I have poor eye/hand coordination skills! LOL But those 90 min workouts have got to be great a great all-over body workout! Keep it up!
