weigh-in and starting that lifestyle change

Sunday weigh-in brought another 2 pounds to the trash bin. We had practice tonight for softball. I can still mostly hit, but my throwing and running suck :D Our first game is on the 13th and will be 10 weekly games. 90 minutes of softball practice and I was huffing, puffing and sore! And, feeling really good.
Here's hoping they keep me as catcher - my favorite position in softball.
