February Goal Card

1/12 of 2012 is behind me...time to decide if I am doing what I need to do to get where I want to get!!
February needs to be a strong month since I did not make as much progress in January as I had hoped.
Goals for Feb:
Start Weight: 166.2 BMI- 30.4
Goal to get on track: 161
Run and log times for 3 treadmill 5ks (hopefully improving my time)
500 kettle bell swings by month end.
2/15 blood test
Continue with trying to be mindful of eating- no snacking after school and after dinner!
