On track..... and not half-a$$3d

27 days till vacation!
This weekend was super fun (like the best weekend I've had in a while, good times with the family!) But..... I made some pretty dumb food choices and my weight ticker shows that...
So. . .
With 4 weeks till Beach time.... I'm on baby! I think even the hubster is on! Wa-stinkin-whoooo!
Here's the plan.
A. MAJOR fruit / veggie consumption
B. minimally 100 ounces of water daily for me, (150 for him - lets hope)
C. LEAN Proteins fish, chicken, lean pork. Red meat 1 time per week only (which means I will be doing something I love more often... COOKING!)
D. NO resturant dinners for any of us for minimally 2 weeks. (he is allowing himself 1 lunch out with the crew weekly, which is a huge step in the right direction for him)
E. INCREASE cardio exercise for both of us. I don't care what it is, we both need to get moving more.
F. NO EATING after 7 pm.
Good game plan! READY----- BREAK!
