January wasn't quite the month I had hoped it to be in terms of excercise, but I'm extremely proud of all the house construction that we (the hubs and I) got accomplished. Plus, even without Sparking and excercising regularly, I still managed to lose a few pounds, so "Yay for pounds lost!"
Now, for February, my weight loss is going to be back on the front burner again. The house construction is done until we can afford a new kitchen and the in-laws are done visiting, so I now have ample time to accomplish my goal weight. Here's what I have in mind for February goals:
~Spark my food at least 5x's/wk
~dance around the living room with my daughter 3x's/wk
~don't eat out more than once a wk
~do gold's gym wii workout 5x's/wk
~ideally, this plan will help me lose a few more lbs, putting me at 180 by the end of the month
