As hard as I think I am working, I really havent lost any weight. And I know why! Before Dec, I used to run around my school carrying a ten pound bag! I used to log in 12K, 13K, 14K or more steps per day. In Dec, I inherited a kid and we are stuck in my room for the first 3-3.5 hours per day. I dont move as much.
i have to add some things in to make up for the difference. I figured i would do that this weekend. Def start the weighted hula hoop for 20-30 min per day. thats a good one. put the weights in the living room. start small. 3-4 exercises since i dislike the weights. I can do it! I even put it in my planner to get me going. I will increase the walking to 5, 6, 7 miles when school is out and summer is here. really drop those last 7 pounds!
But yesterday, i began to feel like poop! You have got to be kidding me! nooooooo! i have too much to do this weekend! but my body feels like a lead weight. still going to work today. maybe just half day. we will see how the day goes! darnit!
