I had a nice day. My sister and bil are in town, so I got to see them. I don't see them very often, so it is a treat when they are in town. It is even nicer to go visit them at their home, because I get to stay with them. They have a spare bedroom and I enjoy my time when I can get there. I don't visit them much in the winter, as I don't trust the roads. I know we have had a mild winter, but you never know what you will hit between here and Greybull, Wyoming.
I did go over on my fat intake today, but I did pretty well on everything else. I am back to tracking and it is good. I am noticing the weight dropping down since I am able to take something for sleep and usually get 8 or more hours a night. My doctor felt it was important that I get my sleep and prescribed me something. It is non-addictive and I don't have to take it every night. When I am really tired I don't take it. If I wake in the middle of the night I take melatonin. He recommended I do that. He said it won't leave me feeling drugged in the morning, if I have about 4 hours to sleep after taking it. Since I usually wake after sleeping 4 hours, I can take it and wake okay in the morning!! It really does make a big difference and I can tell when I only get 4 hours sleep. I am really not able to stay awake without lots of soda. Since I don't drink coffee or tea or energy drinks, that is my option. I don't like to over do the soda, but some days I have to be able to stay awake.
I haven't been to exercise in 2 weeks. I had such a bad cold and it got cold this week, so I was really hurting bad. I chose to sleep extra. I will be back at it on Monday. I hope to go to water aerobics and hope the water is warm!! I look forward to the hot tub afterward!

That will feel so good!!
I am really going to try to get on the bike a couple times this next week, too. I think with the water aerobics and the bike, I can start to get lower in my weight than I have been in a while. I am down to pre-Thanksgiving weight and would like to make my 2011 goal of below 200 pounds. I don't have a set date. I just want to be in one der land!! It will feel good!!
I did not lose 100 pounds in a year, but I did really well. I lost 55.8 pounds in a year. That is pretty good, considering I am still on some medication. I did have significant goals that I did accomplish this year.
1.) I brought my tri-glyerides down 100 points!!
2.) I lost over half of what I wanted to lose!!
3.) I started a good exercise program!!
4.) I started eating more fruits and veggies each day!!
I could add more, but I need to get to bed. I have church tomorrow!
Have an awesome Sunday!!
