My BodyRock Feb-2012 30-D Challenge Plan!

Phew, what a mouthful! But I'm not sure how to make that blog title much shorter, maybe "My BR 02-2012 30-D Chl Pl"? Haha.

Anyhow, I nearly finish my Jan-2012 30-Day Challenge, today's the last day, to do the final Fit Test - I hope I will do this later today but I have lots of unpredictable in my life, I just don't want to feel too stress if I somehow can't do the Fit Test as plan.

So, my BodyRock Feb-2012 30-Day Challenge Plan, it's based on the plan posted in BodyRock website but I adjust a little that suitable with my lifestyle such as instead of doing Active Rest Day on weekends, I do on Mondays and Thursdays and might be not Active Rest Day, just Rest Day, as I plan to do voluntary fasting on those days.

The program includes:
### Intense Total Body Workouts (Lisa-Marie's) – 12 Minute Workouts specifically designed to maximize fat loss.
### Specific Isolated Weighted Program (Sean's) to run alongside the Fitness Component - To Dramatically Improve Overall Toning & Strength.
### Diet Challenges – Focusing on Portion Sizes, Recipes, Tips & Help with all aspects of Diet & Food – Ensuring you keep focused and on Track through the 30 Day Programme.
### Support (from what I understand, they - Lisa-Marie, Sean & Freddy - always checking with BodyRockers through their Facebook pages, to keep everyone motivated and give support, tips & tricks. I've never done this so perhaps I'll go to their pages to see what they have in their FB pages :D

    Congratulations on finishing January - You did fantastic!! How did your final fit test go?

    I didn't get around to doing Week 4 of January, but I'm on the February wagon now and have Week 1 done, yay! x
