Power Jacks: 54 / 62 / 62
Power Knees: 87 / 107 / 116
Power Jumps: 35 / 44 / 55
Globe Jumps: 11 / 10 / 11
Suicide Jumps: 12 / 16 / 18
Push Up Jacks: 20 / 26 / 35
Low Plank: 37 / 47 / 60

Guess I was right when I felt like my arms and shoulders were looking more toned!!

I've lost .25" on thighs, .25" on relaxed bicep, 1.5" on my waist, and .5" on my hips!

The odd thing is that I haven't lost any weight.

Very nervous about starting Month 2 tomorrow! I did my Fit Test today along with the last recovery week workout. I figured I'd get more out of tomorrow if I didn't do the Fit Test the same day.

Keep digging deep, y'all!

    Muscle weighs more than fat! Plus it burns more calories! You're doing awesome - numbers on a scale don't reflect everything!
