Completed my Jan-2012 30-Day Challenge, WooHoo!!! Even though, I actually wanted to just sleep after heavy-drowsiness day (what's wrong with me, sleep seems to be wrap me too tightly!). The result is quite surprising, hehe.
First, I did 2-min jump rope, total 220 jumps, as warm up.
Then, Jan-2012 30-Day Challenge Week 4 Day 5 Fit Test!
Comparing to the 1st (Jan 4th) and 2nd (Jan 28th) Fit Test, the conclusion is I improved nicely compare to the first time I did the Fit Test but compare to 2nd Fit Test, still improving and I think I'll do much better for Burpees, High Knees and Switch Lunges if I didn't do jump rope as warm up and if I didn't have heavy dinner in late afternoon (jump rope and bodyrock was done at night, about 2 hours after dinner).
Result of my last Fit Test, those in round bracket are my 2nd Fit Test and those in square bracket are my 1st Fit Test:
#1 Squat Jump = 23
#2 Push Ups = 20
#3 Burpees = 13
#4 High Knees = 85
#5 Switch Lunges = 20
#6 Tuck Jumps = 16
#7 Straight Abs = 21
After BodyRock, I continued with more jump rope, 4 minutes and total 395 jumps. Wanted to do 6 more minutes but again, because of the heavy dinner, I was lucky I didn't puke, haha. And heavy dinner also made me felt more lazier, more sluggish! So, Week 2 of February 2012, I just missed 6 minutes to get that weekly goal 30-min jumps!
