Today's topic was to "protect your program".
Times that I have to prtoect myself and my eating habits are on the weekends when i go out. I always make plans to just have a salad and a glass of wine and often i talk myself, or get talked into fattier food and more drink than I intended.
I would also like to say that I should have used my "magic notebook" today....
chocolate and cake were both a problem.
I even had time to write it in here, and chose to eat the chocolate instead.
I would like to say in my own defense that I counted those calories, and did my program well today.
now, if I could only get better so I could exercise again.
