No Reason for the Blahs!!

Ok so why do I have them? I figured it was time to blog time to self motivate time to evaluate!!
What are my goals?
Short term goal....Lose 11 lbs to reach 100 lbs!! Very doable!!
Lose 5lbs in the last 2 weeks of my biggest loser challenge!! Very doable!
I am very blessed with a good job awesome family and friends awesome sparkfriends plus just got an awesome car which I'm very much enjoying!! So shake them Blahs off n start exercising more stay on plan (stop changing plan so much like a very wise woman told me!!) Slow down on sugar free chocolate and snacks!! Moderation moderation moderation!! I can do this!! I have to do this!! I am worth this!!
