Slow, slow, slow! Turtle slow!

I am by nature an impatient person. Once I make up my mind to do something, I am IN IT 100%.
I am working so hard at my weight loss and it is super-slow! I am frustrated!! I may go see a nutritionist. I know I don't need a trainer, those Spandex Nazis at the fitness center are kicking my @ss.
Today I have three goals: do a 3-4 mile "fast walk" to train for the half marathon; finish my taxes; and figure out my calorie deficits for the last few weeks to see if I really should be losing weight more quickly. If so there is something else wrong. I have been faithful about wearing my GoWearFit armband so the data is all on the website.
In the meantime, I'm frustrated but no where NEAR ready to give in! I'm thinking I may just need a new approach.
