Halfway to my short term goal for losing 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks of my challenge!!
10 more pounds to my 100 lb goal! I'm hoping to reach that by next month at this time!! Even when I get discouraged I have to push through!! No back sliding and no slacking on exercise!! I feel so much better and know as the weight comes off I will feel even better!! Keep on sparking and blogging that is the key!!
