Hang in there, FITNESS57. I'm kind of in the same boat. Don't give up...I've been on a plateau since last summer...and it's almost this summer!!! I've only gone down 1 pound and then back up again.
Could it be that you're gaining muscle? Have you changed your routine a little? I'm not really worried because the weather will be getting nice, soon and I'll be able to work in my garden...that's good extra exercise for me.
Hang in there!!! Stick with it and try to change a little something...check out the articles regarding plateaus here...even if you've already read them. They help. 5147 days ago
