Challenges

Everyday is a challenge, and one that I'm happy to have the opportunity to make the most of. Recently we had a school family who's mother lost her long and painful battle with cancer. I am so happy for everyday the Lord has given me and have decided that I am going to Challenge myself during Lent to commit to ME and to commit to SPARK. So, I challenge YOU to do the same and join me in this journey!

Let's use this 6 week time frame to make a difference our lives. Lent is approaching, it starts on Wednesday, 2/22, and I want to take a sparkers approach to it. I challenge you to join me and continue after Easter (April 8th) too!

I want you to pick two things, something you want to stop doing and something you want to get better at. During the period try to minimize or eliminate the bad and improve your good!!!

My Personal Lent Challenge Goals:
Eat less junk food
Consistently track food
