Feb 14th BR Feb-2012 30-D Wk1 D1 - Fit Test

I've decided that for BodyRock February 2012 30 Days Challenge or in short, BR Feb-2012 30-D, I will concentrate more on my postures and movements, getting more reps or faster time is second. Aiming for many reps as I can or get everything done in short time is fun but I think for this challenge I want to check if I do the exercises correctly, too :D

Interval timer 8 x 50/10 = 8 minutes
1. Squat Jumps
= 16
2. Push Ups - Modified
= 15
3. Burpees
= 10
4. High Knees
= 90
5. Switch Lunges - Modified: Lunges without jump
= 24
6. Tuck Jumps
= 12
7. Tricep Dips
= 10
8. Straight Abs/Crunches
= 13
