Feb 16th BR Feb-2012 30-D Wk1 D2 - 300 Rep Fat Slaughter Workout

Monday, February 20, 2012

I couldn't finish all 10s of Sean's (the reps should be decrease from 10 to 1), I was so hungry during the workout, maybe I didn't fuel enough my body, *sigh. At least, I tried as hard as I can instead of postponing this workout.

Actually, planned to do on 15th but somehow, when I back from work, I just didn't want to do anything else. Must be because of the pilate class, early afternoon, which made whole body aches! Because I was the only one attending the class (others weren't because it was mid-term break so they probably holidaying with their kids), good news, I got all the attention of the trainer and learned new exercises, even reach into the intermediate level (the pilate classes are aiming for beginner). Bad news, well, none, unless when I'm sitting or walking, haha.
