So i've decided what I eat is not for a publi blog. sorry, I know many of you do this, I can't.
My business only, so if and when this book asks me to do this, I will do it on a sepaarate piece of paper and just write down thoughts about it.
Today I was also supposed to write down what I ate and then rate whether it was filler or healthy. Only 100 of the 1200 or so calories I ate today were not healthy, so I feel good about this.
Mondays are my busy days, so i am cutting this short :-)
