I did pretty well yesterday. I am back down 1.5 pounds which proves that I ate too much high sodium foods, it to be fluid retention. I am still over where I want to be by 4 pounds. I want to be back to 129, it's ok it I don't go any lower I just want to be under 130.
I look at my legs and they still look really "fat" to me. I know that is where I carry the bulk of my weight. I am trying to tone them up more so I they are firmer. I really need to exercise more than 3 times a week.
As spring arrives I will be out walking.
