Reflections on BL Winter challenge

Wow 10 weeks have gone by fast!! Well it was very rough in the holidays!! Also had a death in the family! Suffered some depression. I just kept pushing forward !! Had a few binges. Pushed through them!! Tried a few different things!!
1Dukan Diet Well not for me I love meat and proteins but gotta have veggies everyday!!
2 Plexius Slim Really love the energy gives me also makes me feel better!
3 Stopped Metabolic!! Actually doing good on my own( a lot cheaper)
Overall I've lost 16 lbs which is a little better than fall which was a little easier??????????????
I did better than I thought!!
My main goal is to eat healthy Exercise and be the best person that I can be!!
I've learned with sparks I may not achieve that everyday but I just have to keep striving for it!!
I am trying to eat well balanced meals! Eating veggies n fruit sticking to high protein low carb
with 2 protein snacks at 10 and 3. That is what works for me!! I am so looking forward to spring challenge and all the goals I will achieve!! Sparking and tracking is a must every day and participation on my white tiger team!! If u haven't joined a team yet join one today!! My team is what keeps me going!! They are my second family and cheer me on!! I've learned a lot from them!! Reading spark articles everyday also helps to give me knowledge!! Thanks Sparks and thanks to all my Sparkfriends!!
