What a difference a year makes!!

My life has totally changed in a year!! I used to eat fast food at least 3-4 times a week!! Never thought twice about eating fried foods!! Chocolate was a main staple in my diet!! Exercise?? Was a recliner potato!! LOL Look out buffets always had 2 plates an mostly fried foods!! Fast forward 1 year later and my main staples is fish chicken turkey and shrimp all grilled or baked of course!! At least 5-8 servings of veggies and fruits a day!! Very seldom breads and always 40 cal wheat if so! rice I can count the times on 1 hand in a year i had! also potatoes is the same!! My house is snack proof!! The only snacks I eat are 2 protein snacks a day! I do eat 94% ff popcorn at night. I have had cheat days but I am learning to keep them farther away and only a treat not a day if I want to lose weight!! I am determined to do this!! I am a little more than 7 lbs away from 100 lbs!! That will be an awesome day!! Will definately have to reward myself with a massage or something good!! Thanks to everyone for all their support!! emoticon
