Breakfast: Fiber On Honey Squares Cereal, 1 whole wheat english muffin with 1 tbsp. peanut butter and a bottle of water!
Lunch: Salad w/ tuna fish, weight watchers mexican blend cheese, 2 tbsp. crouton, 2 tbsp. kraft fat free ranch dressing, 1 yoplait light red Velvet cake and a bottle of water!
Dinner: 1/2 cup corn, 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese and 1 cup hamburger helper beef stroganoff and a bottle of water!
Snack: 1 nature valley chewy strawberry yogurt bar, 1 string cheese and a bottle of water!
