Well I was in a car accident a few weeks ago. It was on a tuesday and as a result I didn't work out for a full week. And then when I did I could only do half of my New Rules of Lifting For Women workout. My body was just too tired. Tonight I was finally able to get a full workout in. But it was amazing how after about 2 weeks I had really lost the ability. It just goes to show that you've got to stay on top of your workouts or your abilities will slip away.

I go to mexico in one month and am starting to get anxious. Hopefully I can eat right and get enough high intensity workouts in that I look good while on the beach and can be happy! I am nervous though. I've never lost weight quickly very successfully.

    I hate the part of starting exercising again and realizing you've lost some of your stamina and strength! I hope it returns quickly! If you keep up with the lifting and cardio, you will definitely see results before Mexico. It might not be your end-all-goal body (will I ever reach mine?!), but you will be more toned and fit! :)

    Sorry to hear about the accident. That sucks but I am glad that you are ok. Have fun in Mexico! I am jealous. Can I hide in your luggage? I need a vacation really bad!! HAHAHAHAH

    I'm so sorry to hear you were in an accident!!! I hear ya about losing the fitness after a few weeks off. I'm right there with ya. Just keep goin, your body will get there. But, take it easy and take care of yourself!
