Well I was in a car accident a few weeks ago. It was on a tuesday and as a result I didn't work out for a full week. And then when I did I could only do half of my New Rules of Lifting For Women workout. My body was just too tired. Tonight I was finally able to get a full workout in. But it was amazing how after about 2 weeks I had really lost the ability. It just goes to show that you've got to stay on top of your workouts or your abilities will slip away.
I go to mexico in one month and am starting to get anxious. Hopefully I can eat right and get enough high intensity workouts in that I look good while on the beach and can be happy! I am nervous though. I've never lost weight quickly very successfully.
