Lunch: 2 Slices Sara Lee Wheat Bread, 1 Slice Weight Watchers Cheese, 1 Slice Lean Ham, 1 Leaf Of Lettuce, 1 tsp. Mustard, 24 Special K Multi Grain Crackers, 1 Bottle Of Water, An A Yoplait Light Boston Cream Pie Yogurt!
Dinner: Salad with 1 tbsp. Bacon Bites, 1/3 Cup Weight Watchers Mexican Blend Cheese, 1 tbsp. Kraft Free Ranch Dressing, 2 tbsp. Croutons, 4oz. Shake n Bake Pork Chop, And 1 Bottle of Water!
Snack: 1 Yoplait Light Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt w/ 1 Special K Chocolaty Pretzel Bar, An 1 Bottle Of Water!
