Why not now? Because it has to do with me and my workweek getting up routine. I kept thinking I could not work out before work because I could not leave the house before a certain time. So, what if I do part of my workout before leaving the house then do the getting up chores, finish at work and get the workday started? So, I am going to look at getting up earlier and doing timed cardio at home and use the gym at work to possibly finish the workout and definitely get ready for the day. This actually has me a bit excited! Only issue: moving that bedtime up to make sure I continue getting enough sleep. I think I will set a nighttime alarm too.
