I ♥ Running ☺

So I ended up quitting Half Marathon training....My main reason being, my daughter couldn't handle being in the stroller that long and I have no one to watch her on my long runs.

BUT...I have NOT stopped running! I have a goal of running 6 days a week and I try to get there, but if Life happens and I don't, then I don't beat myself up about it!

Last week I ran 5 days and 14.5 Miles! I was pretty proud! I started this week off with 3.1 miles this morning! I'm going out of town on Wed. though, so I'm not sure what the end of the week will look like, but I'm proud of myself for keeping it up!

I absolutely love running and I am going to concentrate on becoming faster at my 3.1 miles and then maybe start my half training again. I've got to lose some weight and get faster so the "long runs" won't be quite as long! :)
