Just got done working out tonight - went to the Y, ran on the treadmill for for 40 minutes, no walk breaks, got to 3.785 miles :) - Roughly 10.6 miles per hour. Then I walked at 4 mph until I got to 45 minutes. Total burned was 578 calories. I have found that the 165-170 BPM music is just the right pace for me. Then I did Connie's Strength and Tone and what does she do? Squats and lunges - and a new type of squat too - called frog squats. They hurt - that's all I can say! We did lots of other stuff too of course, and total calories burned was 423 in 55 minutes for a whopping 1001 burned tonight!
Now I am going to sit and eat my dinner.
