When I see blogs about the great weight loss people have made, I always click and read and then go check out their spark page. I'm so disappointed to learn that those same people who have lost so much weight (and who people want all this advice from) are eating 1000-1200 calories a day and are working out 5-6 days a week! Those two things do NOT add up and that IS NOT SUSTAINABLE.
Is it just me or are other people upset by this?!
note: This obviously does not apply to everyone who has lost a significant amount of weight, I know people out there are doing great stuff!
