Something happened to me, I started to feel demotivated to do exercises, my appetite getting lesser, I have problem getting sleep early in my bedroom (the last one because I kept falling asleep in the living room first). So, that's why for the next workouts in BodyRock February challenge, I did lesser than the plan, much shorter workouts. But I think this is much better compare to what I always did before when I feel so demotivated about life - just stop doing exercises, started to eat more junks, totally lost control with sleep routine.
Hmm, maybe it's all because of the current most stressful thing in my life - I miss my parents so, so much AND my salary!

The challenge is for all exercises, do 10 reps each then repeat again the exercises with 9 reps and keep decreasing till 1 rep but I only managed to drag myself to do 10 reps.
Stopwatch = 12 minutes
1. Keg Squat (Left Shoulder) - using two 5lbs dumbbells
= 10
2. Keg Squat (Right Shoulder) - using two 5lbs dumbbells
= 10
3. Sandbag Hugger - using two 5lbs dumbbells
= 10
4. High Knees Mountain Climbers Combo - using two 5lbs dumbbells
= 10
5. Rotational Abs - using two 5lbs dumbbells
= 10
Then I ended the workout with 2 minutes stretches.
