March 2012 Goals

Every month I'm going to check in and make several smaller goals to try to make improvements on a slow basis instead of trying to cram everything in all at once. I tend to be a perfectionist, and then I get burnt out. Smaller goals should be more achievable and less stressful.
1.) Drink 8 cups of water every day.
2.) Workout 3x a week at the gym, on home days do at least 10 minutes of any activity. (Crunches, Yoga, Step, Zumba)
3.) Really work on trying to stress less. Everything will all work out. It always does. Ask yourself: Will this really matter to me a year from now? Five years? Ten?
