Goals for this week

Last 2 weeks I have been ill and I have been taking a break from exercise and good food. But, this must end!
So, my main goals for this week are:
- Go back to exercise
- Go back to food tracking

Sun - last rest day
Mon - Pilates emoticon

Tue - Some cardio at the gym (treadmill, stationary biking, elyptical): at least 30 min emoticon

Wed- rest emoticon

Thu - Some cardio at the gym (treadmill, stationary biking, elyptical): at least 30 min emoticon

Fri - Pilates emoticon

Sat - rest emoticon
