4.5 more inches this month, and total pounds 6 pounds for Feb. Definitely slow and steady, still in my goal line. Imagine what that would be if I could exercise consistently! I am still really huffy after only 25 minutes, I need to be able to get through an hour so I can really start moving. Consistency then raise it... I can do this!
