Starting today (coz yesterday is a rest day), I'm executing a new exercise plan for March! It's time for me to change my plan as I nearly fall off from the train - I don't really like pick up myself as I tend to wallow, drown myself with misery first before I bounce back, haha.
Today's the plan was Quickies and Jump Rope. However, I came home late and my new resolution is no sweaty exercises after sunset as I think that somehow make me pushing my sleep time far, far late at night, so it's only Quickies. What's Quickies (for my plan)? It's short strength exercises or one or two exercises from a full workout AND should be 10 minutes or less. I want to try do this Quickies anytime, anywhere, such as after I woke up, during short rest at work, etc etc.
My workout for Tuesday, 6th March 2012:
- Night, Stopwatch 10 minutes
- Pilate 5 exercises: Hundred, Single Leg Stretch 8 reps, Double Stretch 8 reps, Oblique 8 reps, Scissors 8 reps
- ZWOW #7: Love Bend with a 5lbs dumbbell, 10 reps each side
* I did stretches middle and after whole thing
