Getting Back ONIT!!

Hello!!!! Just thought i would post my first blog of 2012!! Have decided i want to get back on it!! So much has changed since i have been on here last and i want to keep coming on on here to help and keep me motivated!!! I have now got a holiday booked for July and want to get a nice bikini body for it!! Not only that i want to generally get fit and healthy!!! I moved out and lived off takeaways and chips and dips!! I moved back home to live with my parents where i lost a slight bit of weight. BUT im not there yet!! Need to get fit more than anything!!! Also i started smoking and its such a horrid habbit and need to quit doing that too!! NEW LIFE, NEW CHANGES, NEW ME!!! If anyone reads this and has any motivational comments.. please let me know!!!     Thanks for the comment!! It helped alot and making me think more positively!! I started smoking when i was 19 and im now 21, more and more people around me are quitting and i want to do the same!! I will start setting myself goals and finding other things to help me!! I cant wait to start eating better and getting more energy to do things!!

    I smoked for only a few years and even at that, it was very sporadic. I did it mostly while I lived overseas. But it was terrible. Stinky, left a bad taste, and felt in bondage. I can't imagine my life if I'd kept it up. I hope for you you can look back at my age and be happy you quit when you did.

    As for food, getting a routine of moderate regular meals is one of the greatest freedoms I've felt in the world. I do still think about food, but it is usually happy thoughts and I fear very little about it now. It's great to be in social situations and enjoy the food! And it is more for the joy of eating reasonably, the great way food tastes, the blessing of not feeling overburdened with the food as much as the weight benefits that keep me going.
