Mar 7th Jump Rope & Quickies

Continued strong with my quickies on 7th March 2012! It's all about making my nights free as much as I can from any sweaty or heavy activities, which is unfortunately exercises. I also tried to do combo jump ropes, mixing several jump styles continuosly without stopping :D

My workout for Wednesday, 7th March 2012:
1. Morning, around 6 am, one of the first things I did after woke up:
- Stopwatch 5-min (including stretches)
- Exercises: ZWOW #7 Supergirl Pushup 10 reps. Pilate Triceps Dips 8 reps and Half Roll Back 8 reps.

2. Mid-morning, around 8:30 am
- Stopwatch 4-min (including stretches)
- Exercises: Pilate 3 type of Bridges, 3 reps each. ZWOW #7 Jump Lunge Side Kick 10 Reps (I didn't do jump lunge, just normal back/reverse lunge coz I forgot this was Jump Lunge!)

3. Night, around 7:00 pm
- Interval Timer 7 x 1-min (including 1-min cool down and 3-min stretches)
- Exercises: Jump Rope, 3 x 1-min intervals, few seconds in between to write down my jump counts
#1 = N + J + N + FB + N + SS + N + Sc + N + J + N + FB = 120 jumps
#2 = 3 x (N + J + N + FB) = 120 jumps
#3 = 3 x (N + SS + N + Sc) + N = 130 jumps
* N = 10 normal jumps
* J = 10 jack jumps
* FB = 10 forward-backward jumps
* SS = 10 side-to-side jumps
* Sc = 10 scissors jumps

Total minute = 5 + 4 + 7 = 16 minutes

** ZWOW #7 has 4 exercises, do 3 rounds but for quickies, I aim for 1 round for each exercise.
