Mar 8th Pilate & Jump Rope

Usually, pilate classes are on Wednesdays but sometimes, like this week, due to certain things, my instructor cancelled Wednesday and I can either joined the Thursday class or skip pilate for the week.
Of course, I joined, even with the risk of a crowded class!
Luckily, it was only two of us students plus the instructor so not too many people and I can concentrate more and the instructors can divide her time between us two only :D
And another usual thing, if I do the 1-hour pilate class earlier in the day, I tend to skip any workout after work. But that day, I did my jump rope, WooHoo!
My workout for Thursday, 8th March 2012:
1. Early afternoon, 2 pm:
- 1 hour pilate class, from warm-up and preparing the body to the exercises to stretches.
2. Late afternoon, 6 pm:
- Jump rope with 4:02 song
# 0:00 - 1:38 = 6 x (15 normal + 15 side-to-side) = 180 jumps
# 1:38 - 3:02 = 4 x (15 normal + 20 jack) = 140 jumps
# 3:02 - 4:02 = 3 x (20 normal + 10 scissors) + 20 normal = 110 jumps
- 1 minute cool down and 2 minutes stretches
Total minute = 60 + 7 = 67 minutes
