Week 10 - SO MAD!

I have no idea what happened, but I gained 3.5 lbs this week! I dont get it, I seriously dont. I exercised 4 or 5 times this week....really good cardio workouts and did strength 3 days. I was in within my calories every day except one, and went over by 300 calories the one day....so nothing crazy. I didn't binge, I didn't overeat, I stuck to good portions, I didn't have any baking or junk. WTF!
I'm so upset, seriously upset.
I'm not giving up. I'm going to keep working at it, it's just seriously frustrating that I have to work on these 3.5 lbs AGAIN! Guess I should go take the lost 20 lb picture off my page
