SBS Progress Week 1

So this is progress from starting on top to end of week 1 on bottom. I see a little more definition...unfortunately I hopped off the wagon for the weekend and my belly is bloated too in this pic...but I am back on and hoping to see some more changes this week!

I thought I would do a little more body love today too...sometimes it's just good to love on ourselves a bit...here are my two favorite parts of my body today!

THank you New Rules of Lifting for Women! This is beginning to be my most noticeable change on my body. =)

Then there's my calves...this is what running 4 times a week will do for those lovely muscles!

So, there is my body love...have a great Tuesday! It's a 12 hour day for me at work with parent teacher conferences. Wish me luck!
