I'm ready for the 5% Spring Challenge-My commitments

My healthy foods are in the cupboard, either at home or at work. Only healthy snacks for me.
I log my food every day and stay within my calorie range.
My walking shoes are in the car or on my feet. I commit to 40,000 steps a week.
I'm an active member of my Zumba class.
I'm an active member of my Venyasa Yoga class.
I will visit the Cloverleaf team page every day.
I'll continue to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

I'm going to lose these last 3 lbs and maintain a weight between 128-132 for the rest of my life. Okay-I said it and I mean it.
