For the month of March

I've attempted to put all my planned exercise on the calendar for the month of March. I've made a promise to myself that for every workout I skip for no good reason I'll donate $5 to Kidsport. www.kidsport.ab.ca/
I've 24 scheduled workouts, not counting Roo's swim classes, in 31 days. So far, I owe Kidsport $5. Possibly $10. I can't decide if this morning counts as a good reason. Neither of us slept well last night and she's not been feeling well. I *probably* could've gone but I wouldn't have been very cheerful or motivating to anyone in the stroller group. We'll see.
How do YOU keep yourself accountable? Has anything like this ever worked for you?
