Has Your Spring Sprung?

I think I must have part bear in my genetic pool. I hibernate during the Winter months, meaning I am lazy and I eat too much. So here I am emerging from my cave ready to begin my Spring Renewal. To begin let me brag that I have lost 12 lbs. during the last 4 weeks. I do, however, have several more to go just to get back to my pre-hibernation weight.
I am part of the 5% Spring Challenge which had its first weigh in today and our first challenge is to drink WATER. I must say that water is not a problem with me so I look forward to starting off successfully with at least one challenge. I have gotten away from my healthy habits such as logging my meals and exercise. So that is going to be a challenge to get out of bad habits and into healthy ones again.
But isn't that what Spring's all about? Renewal and beginnings. I'll drink to that. (With sparkling water of course.)
