White Tiger Spring Challenge

Week ! is over and done with! Did I do my best? No Did I eat my best? No We had a veggie day for a challenge and I did very well with that!! It may be the reason I have a small loss instead of a gain!!
I need to change things and get in gear!! I'm tired of dragging my feet!! I needed to blog this a week ago but it didn't happen but the good thing is it is getting done now!! Wipe the slate clean and start fresh tomorrow!!
1 Stay motivated and away from the rollercoaster!
2 1-2 veggie days a week
3 Stay away from the cookies sugar free or others!
4 Stay on high protein low carb
5 Lose 15-20lbs in the next 9 weeks
6 More consistent with exercise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
