Oh Boy, Rediscovering Food Allergies!

Rediscovering food allergies...... Wow! I grew up with food allergies. Didn't like it then and I don't like it now.

I was told that we out grow our childhood allergies. My Allergist says that some people do and some people don't.

Now that I am older, I still have some of my childhood food allergies and I have developed new ones. I don't like this, could someone take my name off this list? (LOL).

Well, this is just a new and developing story in a chapter of my life. The story is just beginning, with characters to follow.

Today, I am cooking chicken (in the oven) with cream of mushroom soup. I plan on having a baked potato along with that.

Today, I was more aware of my surroundings in my kitchen. Maybe I am being a little too cautious, but I double washed all of the utensils and the pan that I am cooking in. Better to be safe than sorry.

I don't want to feel sorry for myself, I want to, just be O.K.

Maybe this is God's way of getting my attention.

I am not thrilled with all of this attention I am having to give myself. Hey, but who knows I might even lose a pound. LOL.
